A developer built on decades of African delivery
RAM Development was founded in 2017, born out of decades of combined experience in African real estate, construction and infrastructure. We are a multi-disciplinary team that works to tight tolerances — on programme, on budget and on specification.
We develop, manage and operate assets across the residential, retail, commercial and healthcare sectors, and provide project management, development management, asset management and advisory services to owners, funders and governments.
